1. Laundromat Building – Still almost there!  Michael Parrish is still sending the paperwork off to get this property deeded over to the Village.  Still waiting on the paperwork.    
  • Parking Lot on 2nd Ave.  – I spoke with Jerry Hoekstra about our counter offer after the last meeting.  He was going to get back with me.  Have not heard anything just yet. 
  • Ralph Wilkening Property – I spoke with Jacky Wilkening last month and told her we would agree to purchase this property in exchange for the forgiveness of their water bill that was $1500.00.  Our next step is to get a written agreement in place for this transaction. 
  • Apartment Rental Ordinance – I’ll have more on this next month.
