I’m pleased to share the exciting news that in early 2024 ComEd is launching a new customer billing system designed to deliver an improved customer experience. After more than 25 years, ComEd’s customer billing system is being upgraded. This new, more sophisticated system will help us better serve our more than 4 million residential and business customers.
I’ve attached fact sheets (English & Spanish) noting key changes including:
- All residential and business customers will receive a new account number
- You may need to update your payment information
- Bills will have a new look, the ComEd logo and colors are being revised to align with our recent branding updates
